Tax Credit and Rural Development HOTMA calculations are now available

WT2+ now supports both pre-HOTMA and HOTMA-compliant Tax Credit and Rural Development certification calculations.

Project Policy screen enhancements:

The Project Policy screen has been enhanced to allow users to enable HOTMA calculations by program type. Additionally, policy settings that need to be annually updated for inflationary adjustments are now grouped together on the screen. Bug Fixes and Improvements:

• On the FSS exit eTrans 08 record, the FSS Escrow Balance on the 50058 now reflects the current FSS escrow account balance. (IR-124900)

• New HUD-50058 Special Program Code, "EHCV": To report on families that are transitioning from EHV funding to HCV funding, a new special programs code, "EHCV" has been added to certification field(s) 2n(1) or 2n(2) for regular 50058 and MTW-X 50058 program types and in field 2p for regular MTW program types.
• WT2+ - Voiding a TRACS Termination certification now removes/reverses all data associated with that certification so that the user no longer will receive an error when voiding or completing other certifications for that household. (IR-124738)

• On the WT2+ TRACS MAT 30 file, the special claims ID can no longer exceed 14 characters. (TM-10071)

• When two users make a purchase request, the first request is no longer overwritten if the second user makes the request before the first user has creates the purchase order. (IR-125997)

• The S8 Manual Check Wizard now uses correct next check number for the selected bank account. (IR-124819)

• VMS Hard to House value now excludes Voucher Type = null or Non-VMS Voucher Type. (IR-104405)
• The VMS 12 Month Cumulation report now includes EHV reporting. (IR-114429)
• WT2+ VMS - “HCV- All Voucher HAP Expenses After the First of Month” View Details listing now displays the correct HAP expenses by excluding Foster Youth to Independence from this reporting category. (IR-126863)

• On the Work Order screen, the Tenant selection no longer includes Subsidy Assistance providers. (IR-112526)
